Suitable for 4 to ​6 people. This is a 2 bedroom house with 2 queen sizes beds and a full size futon. Both bedrooms have ensuite private bathrooms. The Master bedroom offers a huge walk-in closet as well as a small desk with a dedicated WiFi network, as a perfect work area. Floor to ceiling glass door facing the beautiful jungle. Ceiling fan and AC. The bathroom has a dream two sink counter, facing the magical jungle. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size futon couch, perfect for 2 little kids, with a big closet and its own private bathroom. A small antique secreter desk, perfect for working with a laptop.

The living room area is very spacious with locally crafted furniture, incorporated into the kitchen with large floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto a spectacular terrace featuring an 8 people dining table as well as a super cozy outdoor living room, overlooking the tropical naturally cured chukum rock private pool.

The main floor layout - living room into the grand kitchen where a lovely island, a 6 burner Samsung stove cooktop is also used as a bar/buffet area and a dining table long enough to seat 3 diners for a leisurely meal. Also a small round table that fits 4 people for a comfy more intimate meal. This attractive kitchen includes upscale appliances, extensive storage. essential dishes, utensils, cookware, a Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, NutraBullet blender, toaster, waffle maker, AirFryer are provided. Separate walk in pantry and huge storage room. Exit the great living room through the oversized, glass sliding doors and step into a surprisingly large and wonderfully terrace/pool area, framed by local tropical plants and trees making you feel invisible. The shaded, covered area overlooking the inviting private pool provides plenty of space for outdoor dining and reclining, a delightful outdoor living room place to work online, read a book or enjoy that first morning coffee. Step into the dream magical land that surrounds the house and get lost into the different magical pathways and areas that have been designed to have beautiful unique to the senses experiences.

During the day, sunbathe by the beautiful natural Cenote. Outdoor tanning beds and a french style shaded table that sits 4 people to set up a lovely tea. Relax or nap at the shaded hammock circle. In the evening, relax in front of the glowing mayan style fire pit gathering area that sits up to 6 people or enjoy cooking at a large gas barbecue grill. Work out time or morning Yoga session at a very spacious roof top, where we provide you with an Olympic weight bar, individual dumbbells weights and yoga mats or just go up to observe the open sky full of shiny stars.

Guests have access to the entire private ​property, 2,500 sq.M of magical land and amenities, make yourselves at home. Only guests on the reservation are permitted in the home - absolutely no large gatherings or parties are allowed. Private parking fits 2 cars inside the gated property, and plenty of parking outside the gate. Our property manager is available to assist with the check-in as well as the check-out - and anything that may come up during your stay. Check-out is at 11am, and Check-in at 3pm. We will try to accommodate your timing understanding you are ready to enjoy the magic of the Mayan Jungle.
