Abeja Negra is a project of 25 hectares, that are subdivided into individual plots, where eco-friendly and sustainable homes and structures can be built.

The project aims to create a community of conscious people who wish to live in harmony with the Uh May jungle. The project will continue to grow with the input of those who end up investing in this land. The intention is to have common areas that are shared with the surrounding neighbors in addition to the privately owned land plots.

The properties will have green areas, communal kitchens, and spaces for outdoor bonfires. The water source is from a water well pump. More features will be added with the input of those who choose to be a part of the Abeja Negra neighborhood. The houses will all be within a gated community and have walkable roads that connect them with the rest of Uh May’s town.
